Order still pending 1 week later

Hi,

I placed 2 separate orders from the Design Lab for a couple of xbox controllers a week ago. The first order has shipped and is on its way.

The 2nd order (which I actually placed earlier in the day before the other ons) is still showing up as pending. The original delivery date was shown as Dec 21st, but I’m now concerned about it arriving in time. I have received no status updates regarding
this order, however the money was taken out of my account the day that I placed the order.

Is it normal for an item to remain “pending” for a week?

I know that the times can be a lit long, but i suggest you to contact the customer service, maybe also to speed up the whole process

Hello,

I've come across this before and emailed Customer Service - it turned out that they were slightly behind on shipping and my order was prioritized.

Just send them an email.

Fingers crossed. As you can imagine a controller or any accessory makes great stocking fillers. I bet they are busy especially a week before xmas, just hope you get it soon

Thanks all! I called in earlier and got transferred a few times but they weren’t really able to give me much info aside from saying that the order still shows as pending on their end and that it’s probably at the warehouse. They said that hopefully it
will ship out by tomorrow. Fingers crossed that it will get here in time!

I just experienced the same thing with an Elite Controller.

I purchased it December 7th and I got the shipped notification on the 13th after about a week.

It originally said I could expect delivery by the 23rd but now that it's actually shipped and I can track it through FedEx it's telling me I'll have it by Tuesday.

Hang tight - it's probably just because of the busy holiday season. Best of luck!
