order says paid but no money transacted

I checked my bank and there’s a transaction for $60 on 12/5/22 and hogwarts legacy was the only game I pre ordered/paid for at that time for that price but when I went to Xbox transaction there’s no payment for hogwarts legacy it’s like I never pre ordered/paid for it

On my Xbox account it says that I paid already but on the bank it doesn't say it was transaction

It's a pre-paid card, it works just like a normal credit card. It says pending transaction because that's a temporary authorization. You do indeed get that money back. It goes the same way if you purchase something using that prepaid card at a retail store
and then decide to return it. They return the money back to that card.

Regardless of what support will say, you have options. If you paid via credit or debt card they will have the date of the transaction and since those bonuses were advertised, you did not get all that you paid for and the financial institution will likely
be able to offer you further options. The simple truth of consumer law is that if you clicked the purchase option that was a pre-order with the added content, regardless of when they processed the transaction, you are entitled to all advertised content.

It says both transactions are completed

And it took away double of what I paid
