    Hello, does anyone know why my xbox design lab controller has been stick on pending for so long? Its been four months now and it said it was supposed to be a 14 day wait period. I really needed this controller as mine is breaking down and i have barely
    been able to play games with it.

    In order for support to check into your account, you'll want to post in the Xbox Reward Questions support forum. Keep in mind that the 4% is a rebate, not a discount. Rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month.
    So if you made the purchases this month, it would be too soon to see credits pending.

    Order stuck on pending

    I ordered an Elite Controller Series 2 on the 14th and the order has been stuck on pending. I just want to know if things are slow because of the virus or if there’s something else wrong.
    I ordered headphones on 4-4 and they are still marked as pending even though I've been charged! This is bs.

    Points ordered with my VIP gems not showing up.

    The credits should show as pending on the Rewards site. The ones you ordered a couple of weeks ago will be deposited with the end of the month deposit in the next few days. The ones you just ordered today should show as pending in 96 hours and will be deposited
    in mid June.
