    I ordered a elite series 2 controller March 21st and it had a delivery date on the order of March 24th. Needless to say it didnt arrive and now it shows a estimated delivery date of April 22 with no explination or update email.

    I would contact Support for an explanation but honestly, i have to assume that the delay is the overwhelming amount of shipping orders that have become of people being told to stay home due to Covid-19. I know some places are prioritizing essential over
    non-essential items to ship.

    Perhaps the delivery system is affected by the current situation we are in, quarantine must have caused it.

    try to contact support. Also I imagine it may be because of coronavirus that some shippings are delayed.

    Like other people have said, you definitely want to contact support. But you should also check your emails and your bank, there should be an email detailing any delays and make sure there have been no issues with the charge. Sometimes if your bank has
    an issue they will delay the order instead of canceling it.
