    I have a xbox series x I've been trying to process in my cart for hours now with the same order number everything, does this mean it is reserved for me and there is some issue with MS side or am I out of luck?

    I have the same problem I have been on hold for over an hour waiting to talk to a person. The system gave me an order number and ship date multiple times but will not let me pay for it. It shifts from saying I have exceeded my purchase limit. I haven t
    bought one so how could that be or it says check my payment. I have tried to functioning credit cards and paypal and nothing works.

    I had the same issue since this morning. Xbox series X in cart, go to checkout, then error message stating an issue on their end and to “try again in a bit.” I tried all morning into this evening. Decided to call them...On hold with xbox support for 1
    hour and 49 minutes before someone picked up only to tell me that the item in my cart is sold out even though i had an order number and expected ship date.

    It would be nice if they just let us buy them, and then they can ship them whenever they get them. Lots of places do that.
