    Hello all,

    I am aware that there were a lot of issues with the Series X pre-order launch. But I would appreciate an opinion on my situation. So on the day of the launch I was able to pre-order a Series X along with an older One X controller. I received an email from
    the Microsoft store confirming my purchase for both and a link to view my order. The link works and it takes me directly to the "order details" page on the MS store website and I am able to see my order without an issue. My problem is when I go back to my
    overall order history page it does not show that order. It only shows a game I pre-ordered on the same day on a separate transaction. I payed with paypal and it shows an authorization to the MS Store for that Series X order. Im just worried that since it
    is not showing in my general order history that it somehow did not go through. What do you guys think?

    They fixed it for me and it now appears in my order history.

    Just an update, I heard back from an email I sent the MS store. The order went through, and they are currently fixing the issues with the website and the order history. Thanks for your input.

    Is it showing that it went through on Paypal??
    it just says payment authorization and will complete payment when item ships.
