    Order History missing


    My order history from before 2014 is now completely missing which is causing issues with purchased games, and not being able to prove ownership.

    Can anyone explain why this was done and if it is possible to get it back?

    After Microsoft transitioned from using Microsoft points to currency, they removed that from order history. There's no way to get it back.

    Check your order history at the link below to ensure that you were indeed charged for it. Maybe the order couldnt be completed for some reason and you missed the email. Let us know if you were charged.

    I purchased the pre-order of Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty Digital Deluxe Edition. In my xbox games/store account it shows that I own the regular edition, not the deluxe. Is there any way to fix this?

    Thank you for the quick reply. I found my order history in my Xbox settings and found my missing deluxe edition items there.
