Order from design lab no shipment information

This is a community based forum so we don't have order information here. Keep in mind it does take 3 to 4 weeks to receive Design Lab orders due to how long it takes to create them. If it's been longer than that, you'll want to contact support. aka.ms/contactxboxsupport

I have tryed that but to no joy witch is why I posted here as I am getting really frustrated I do understand it takes time to make but it has been 3 weeks now and still no communication with me about this order apart from .y order confirmation email on the 14th November and we need ti's for christmas as it a Christmas box but don't seam to be able to contact any o e from xbox about this so feel like I lost a lot of mo ey I can not afford to lose so don't know what to do now any help would be appreciated

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums with this question. When it comes to the shipping of a Design Lab controller, it may take a bit longer than a standard controller shipment. This is due to the customized nature of each controller to the specifications

Just to add, with design lab controllers you are charged immediately since this is a custom product and then it takes 2-3 weeks for shipment (which is noted when you check out). So aside from the support agent, your order was actually processed and done
correctly.

The order for the customized controller from Xbox Design Lab will not show on your Microsoft account order history page (https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders). It will show on the Design Lab order history page (https://xboxdesignlab.xbox.com/en-us/sales/orde...).

Design Lab controllers might take more than a month to be shipped. This is due to the customized nature of each controller to the specifications made by the individual who ordered it. If you have not received any email with your tracking information and the order inside the Design Lab website is showing as "in processing", rest assured that the controller has not been shipped so far.
