Options in my xbox privacy settings are missing

Me too. Same issue. Microsoft Xbox Support contacted, but they were unable to solve the problem.

It's a BUG and they don't know how to solve it. I spent three hours with them but no solution.

Please, fix this bug.

I was able to change the settings by using my brother in law's xbox by adding my account to it and the privacy settings showed up on the console. I can see the chat now in my game. Since I did that, the settings now show up on PC.

So without a console to work around this blank settings issue, and not affected there as well, your screwed until this fiasco is fixed.

I have the same issue. I talked (phonecall) with a Microsoft support person yesterday who actually knew about the problem. Apparently it's some issue that has come up recently if you use PC only. He said they should have a fix soon. He also suggested that
if you have the ability to log into an xbox one, you can change the settings there. He was incredibly helpful and took screenshots of our issues, plus other information to try to narrow down why this is happening.

In that case I'd recommend trying a different browser or device. Might be security settings or capabilities of the browser.

Not true, other browsers don't change anything, and also if i log to a different account on the same browser the options are there, so the account itself has problems

For my buddy, he is missing all his options.
