Здравствуйте, проблема такая, хочу купить продукт с магазина microsoft store, но не могу, когда проиходит оплата, все резко прерывается и мне пишут, не удалось обработать запрос обратитесь в службу поддержки. Подскажите, что делать. Данные карты введены
правильно.

Hello, for this kind of concern, you have to contact directly with Microsoft support. If it comes from them they will tell you how to proceed.

Привет! Ты уверен, что код был активирован для Windows 10 версии игры? Ты установил ее через Microsoft Store? В магазин должно показать что уже Приобретено. Или в истории покупок, там ссылка на игру. Пройди по ней и попытайся переустановить игру заново.

Thanks, for coming to the forums with your question. When you redeem a code, the game itself will show purchased. You can check your order history and there should be the code that says redeemed.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand the game is asking you to repurchase it. Could you have had the game through game pass and no longer have the subscription? If not we recommend requesting a call from support, they can look into the account
with you and see what happened with the licenses.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Ситуация следущая, у меня кончается срок моей карты Visa, я зашел в настройки и удалил этот способ оплаты, и в этот же месяц у меня кончается подписка. Через некоторое время захожу в настройки и пытаюсь добавить новый способ оплаты. ввожу все данные, снимают
с карты 30р. или 1 у.е и пишут попробуйте другой способ оплаты. Так многократно. Звонил в банк, там все нормально, отсюда вывод что виновники майкрософт. На телефоне приходит уведомление оплата произведена 30 рублей Microsoft Store.
