When starting a group with your friends, please try the procedure below.

Go to your audio options

audio settings

Decrease microphone monitoring

Check if this will improve the audio.

Make sure the console audio settings
are correct for your combination of TV and cables.

If you've changed cables you still need to change the display settings on the console. Your console is probably set to 480p, you need to change this to 1080p.
