    hi , i have moved from norway to sweden ,and now i cant download games or anything else to my xbox because of a region code, what to do ?

    All you can do is create a new Swedish account, download content with that and then play it on your main profile.

    You can buy an Xbox One console and bring it anywhere as long as you have the proper 'figure-8' power cable to match the region you're in. The US console will include a power cable for the US, however the cable itself is very common.

    What I kind of get from the article is that they are soooo dedicated to protecting your privacy that they won't release it to a government unless they have a legit reason to. NZ and Australian governments have strict privacy laws and may not like another
    government from another country accessing peps info from another country unless they have a good reason to. But then again, if Microsoft owns and operates property in a foreign country, they are generally subject also to that countries jurisdiction. It gets
    a bit of a mumble jumble though of which laws and rights they want to follow.
