    Microsoft, you are driving me INSANE with this new solitaire collection, and so many choices you made in 10. Your software is INCREDIBLY pushy and intrusive now, and for what benefit? I need "social" solitaire? I need points and challenges? I need you to
    take the focus of my internet browser for "SOLITAIRE NEWS"!?

    This is all STUPID. Give me classic solitaire and butt the **** out of my life, jesus. Me giving you $139 for an OEM Pro license is not an invitation to traipse all over my computer without care for MY experience.

    Solitaire Not opening

    This morning (12/13/16) Solitaire is not opening. I just get a blue screen with "Microsoft Solitaire Collection" but it won't go anywhere from there. How do I fix this so it will open and I can play the games? Thanks.

    The Microsoft Solitaire collection blocked at the opening.

    The screen remains white.

    Why am I now getting ads when I play solitaire premium suite

    Hi, Pam.

    Based on this information, I can suggest this potential fix:

    Step 1.
    Press the Windows key + R key to open the Run window > type wsreset.exe > wait until the store opens automatically, and sign out of your account.

    Step 2.
    Press the Windows key + I to open PC Settings > Apps & Features > Installed apps > locate the Solitaire Collection app and go to advanced settings > click on “repair” and “reset”.
    Open the Solitaire Collection app and sign out of your account if you're logged in automatically.

    Step 3.
    Restart your PC and sign in with the account that owns the Solitaire Collection subscription on both the Microsoft Store and the Solitaire Collection app.

    There should be no ads in Microsoft Solitaire Collection, but if you're online then that would be up to the browser. Have you disabled popups?

    I can not log on to xbox with new computer. i am able to log on to xbox via browser but it will not log on when i open solitaire.

    ERROR CODE 104

    If you are talking about the Solitaire Collection, then Error Code 104 is in reference to their being an issue with the daily challenges. You can view the error code lookup here: https://www.facebook.com/notes/micr...or-codes-how-to-fix-your-game/852275104794343

    This error code advises you to contact the support team for the game ASAP. You can do that at the bottom of the page at the contact button here: https://microsoftcasualgames.com/casualsuite/support/default.htm

    It should automatically open an email browser on Windows 10.

    I'd recommend getting at their tech support through their 'contact us' button at the bottom of the page. It should immediately open your email browser.
