Found an article with the same issue. This issue usually persists because either your Teredo is unable to qualify and/or the game tries to connect to Xbox servers via IPv6.

Open the Settings app and go to Network & Internet. On the left column, click Ethernet, and then on the right column click Change Adapter Options. A new window will open. Double-click your network adapter to open another window. Go to Properties, it'll open yet another window, and uncheck the tickbox next to Internet Protocol Version 6. Hit OK on all the windows, restart your game.

1. Open Xbox App on your Windows 10 PC
2. Click on your profile photo on the left navigation menu
3. This will open your profile
4. Click on the button called "Appear Offline"

Mate, may I know if you tried installing the game on another drive to see how it goes?

Also, could you double check your NAT type opening Xbox Console Companion app > Settings > Network

Tell me if it's saying open or something else.

In the meantime try this:

First sig out from your account from Xbox app and Microsoft Store app, then

Open Settings, click Update and Security and then Windows Update;

Click Check for Updates;

Click the Download and Install Now option, if available (Install optional updates as well)

Also, check the Microsoft Store for any updates on the Xbox apps and its services and update everything too.

Then do this:

Go to windows settings > apps > search for gaming services app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that, click repair and then reset

Then do the same for the Xbox app:

Go to windows settings > apps > search for Xbox app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that, click repair and then reset

Finally do this:

Step 1: Open the Run window by pressing Windows + R key.

Step 2: Input WSReset.exe in the Run window and click OK.

Step 3: Then a command prompt window will appear. After a few seconds, Windows Store will open.

Sign in again on both Microsoft store app and Xbox app and try again

No luck, I removed security measures so it just asked for password and deleted the Xbox app. I reinstall, click "sign in" and it takes me to a login window to enter my email and password, it then pops up with another window saying "are you trying to sign in to Xbox App" with options "Cancel" or "Continue". Clicking continue another window says "This website wants to open an external app" with options "Stay in Microsoft Edge" or "Open external app". Clikcing to open external app takes me back to the sign-in screen...

I even cleared the history in the Edge browser on my phone, so I needed to enter the login details again, rather than it just using my previously logged in account.

Hi, may I know why you're trying to run the game directly from the .exe file?

As you downloaded the game from the Microsoft store / Xbox app, please search and open for the game directly from the Windows start menu

Or open the Xbox PC app in your PC and open the game from there
