OPENING MICROSOFT ULTIMATE WORD GAMES

Well, it took several attempts to download a "new" update. It wasn't initiative either. You have to (or at least I had to) sign into XBox, go to support, go to microsoft ultimate word game, then click on "INSTALL" (download). This is not what I would expect. It "should" update automatically or at least when you complete microsoft updates...no it does not. Then it requires you to "install" again it should state "update". Once I click on install it took several attempts (more than 4 times) to get it to actually download then install. I am running Win11 Pro. After it installed the Ultimate Word game was opening and is available. More work than is needed. Microsoft will probably have an automatic update to this in 6 days then aka new day for Microsoft.

Log into Xbox and click on MUWG, click on install. It updates easily. And works.

I first tried to click "repair--nothing. Then I did choose "reset" and my game disappeared! No icon to click on, no nothing. So disappointed! I'm a senior, and I play daily on my PC in the winter to keep from going NUTS, and try to keep my mind sharp. So sad it has to be so difficult to try to play a seemingly simple game.

I'm having the same issue as many others. I usually play Microsoft Ultimate Word Games daily.

Today, when I try to open them, they get to Loading, then disappear.

I read how to reset the app but I don't want to lose my data. I have only a handful of missed days in the last three or more years.

So how can I get the app to load without losing my records?
