    Hello,

    Recently I purchased a 4k Samsung tv for my living room. When I turned my Xbox one on, it asked if I wanted to switch to 4k resolution which I selected that I did. After selecting that, I can no longer open my menu bar to see my friends, join parties, or
    even open my settings. Now that I have switched to 4k I can't switch back to it since I can't access my settings. Is anyone else having the same issue and if so what is being done to fix it?

    Lag when opening Items menu

    I'm having a game issue at the moment. Bethesda support told me to clear the cache that way.

    I get the menu lag aswell but my main issue is that I can't go to jail or pay off my bountys as my screen freeze's at the end of the guards dialogue. Its stopping me from continuing with the main quest as i have to talk to the general guy of solitude but
    i have a bounty on my head so he attacks on sight instead.

    This did not fix my issue though. Now i have been told to 'wonder around' until a bounty hunter finds me so i can try and pay it off that way. If it still crashes i'm going to be so pissed.

    Lag when opening Items menu

    Okay, I've tried deleting most of my saves. I've also tried changing when my game autosaves. However, I'm not sure if I cleared my game cache. I held down LB RB and X but it didn't give me any indication about whether or not I had successfully cleared my
    game cache. Is there supposed to be any indicator of it?

    It looks like you just need to restart your console.

    Here’s how:

    1. Press and hold the Xbox button in the center of your Xbox One controller to open the Power Center.
    2. Select Restart console.
    3. Select Restart.

    Hey, try performing a full power cycle.

    If that doesn't work try a soft factory reset (this resets your settings and accounts, but doesn't uninstall games). If you do this make sure you have been signed into xbox live and have had your game saves uploaded to the cloud.

    ok i checked im not a Insider and i did a power reset it fixed the issue for a while but it reoccured after a few days.
    Is your console regularly turned off overnight or is it set to Instant on?

    What game are you playing when this occurs or does it happen with all games?

    Have you got multiple apps and games running at the same time?
