    Hello,

    I have a new router after an internet upgrade and simultaneously added a second XBOX One. Now, the NAT is moderate, the UPnP is unsuccessful. I have done some troubleshooting and disabled UPnP, did a factory reset and re-enabled as read here. This has not
    worked. The connection is not great and lagging. Can you assist?

    also just to clarify my UpnP settings on my router are turned on, and I had adjusted it so the Xbox one s was saying my NAT type was open and that there was no problems with the UpnP but now it shows NAT as moderate and UpnP as unsuccessful. It tends to
    switch between those two ways.

    Now getting disconnected from game servers every hour or so.

    Still having the issue.

    Tried soft console reset: unsuccessful.

    Tried adjusting UPnP settings on router: Unsuccessful.

    Not sure what else to check. I've also tried disabling UPnP on the router all together. NAT became moderate and gameplay was erratic at best. I didn't test it long enough to determine if it was still happening then, but it may be an option.

    Any other possible solutions?

    NAT Problems- Sometimes Open, Most Times Moderate, Help :(

    When using two consoles at the same time and only getting moderate NAT, the router may not be able to provide open NAT to both of them when using UPnp as some router firmwares are not having a fully implementation of UPnp. Also UPnp is the only way to operate
    more than one console on the same router.

    So if at least both consoles have a moderate NAT most online games and service should work.

    If needing am open NAT on both consoles you need to get a different router with fully supported UPnp.
