    Only refunded $5 dollars out of $65???


    Recently i had an error where i was charged twice for Call of duty black ops cold war and since i didnt pay the second charge it said the payment was declined and whenever i tried to play the game it said i needed to buy it even though microsoft took the
    money the first time and i even got to play the game for a while.

    Anyways yesterday xbox sent a message to my account saying that i was refunded the money for the charge and the credit was put onto my microsoft account but i check my account and they only gave me 5 dollars when i spent like $64 for the game.

    I called microsoft support but theyre no help. I just wanna know if anyone else had this problem and if i can resolve this somehow this is honestly ridiculous at this point xbox has stolen my money and its unacceptable.

    I got 60 dollars worth of 4 gift cards of 15 dollars and previous balance of 5 plus total of 65 plus cents to buy xbox live membership.

    The questions why if I have enough credits does not led me renew.

    Um you don't get double taxed

    You buy 65 bucks of gift codes you get 65 bucks.

    You are only charged tax when you make a dlc purchase

    You would've been taxed o the 30 dollar purchase x 1.whatever your sales tax rate

    And the 20 dollar purchase 1.whatever

    You would be less then 15 as a result

    In life you pay taxes never on gift cards only on purchases

    Well for one thing you can't expect 30 dollar game not without tax or 20dollar

    Sorry to here that has happended to you, and VernierSlake is right once you create your account with a credit card auto renewal is automatically turned on and you need to contact Xbox Support to have it turned off. The matter about your 65 dollars that
    you are claiming to want back will need to be dealt with by calling Xbox Support and talking to the billing department that is the only way no further help about refunds can be found on the forums.

    yup its only 5 dollars a month , but for what we get thats about 5 dollars a month too much. IMO
