Only Received Part of Mixpot

Hello Support Team

I received notifications for and can confirm receipt of 2 of the items from the Mixpot, the Forza 7 driver gear (says E3 oddly enough in the Microsoft Account Order History page) and rhe Warframe item.

I have not received a notification for, nor does the Microsoft Account Order History page or Microsoft Store item listings show, the Halo Wars 2 item or Goat Simulator being on my account.

Only got inside xbox mixpot, no e3 mixpot

I streamed both events on my android app, but only received the inside xbox mixpot. Still haven't received the e3 mixpot.

Outer wilds

Hi, that's part of the MixPot you received for watching E3 coverage on Mixer. If you visit https://account.microsoft.com/, you should see it (and possibly other MixPot prizes) in your recent purchases showing
a status of "Redeemed."

You received a pre-order for Outer Wilds, which hasn't had an official release day announced as of yet (hence the placeholder date).

Thanks for posting. That would indicate that you already own the other two items. The Halo Wars 2 item 'Kinsano Leader Pack' was provided for the last E3 MixPot, which we were able to confirm you had received. Additionally, if you
had previously purchased Goat Simulator or redeemed through Games with Gold, you would not receive an additional copy through The Game Award's MixPot.

Ah ok, that makes total sense for the Halo Wars 2 item.

I do have Goat Simulator though Games with Gold, but was expecting a license just like everyone else since Games with Gold isn't the same thing at all as it's not a permanent license.

So in this case being a Gold member burned me (far more benefits than detriments though so not too upset).
