Only received 30,000 reward points from a promotion offering 50,000

Both the Xbox One S and Expedited Xbox One offers were only sent out to select members. Since you were not chosen for that offer, you were awarded for the upgrade from 360 to Xbox One offer, which only awards 30,000 Credits.

Since the gift card would be an offer from microsoftstore.com you would need to contact their customer support for assistance.

As far as the rewards credits, there are 2 different offers. Only those who received an email for the 50,000 credits or the offer showed on their Rewards page will receive the 50,000 credits. Everyone else would receive the 30,000. but you would need to
post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum for assistance with Rewards program offers.

There were 2 offers to receive credits for purchasing a console (they actually only ran from October to the end of December). Either the default offer of 30,000 credits or the offer for 50,000 credits. The offer for 50,000 credits was not given to everyone
and was not just for gold members. In order to qualify, you had to be chosen for the offer (you would have either received a specific email for that offer including a code, or the offer would have shown on the Missions page of the Rewards site when you signed
in, begin gold was not a requirement). If you were not chosen for the 50,000 credit off (as support stated), you would receive the default offer of 30,000 credits.
