Only one trial per account despite Ad

Just wanted to bring this to someone's attention. I saw an ad on my Dashboard to come back and try Game Pass, Enjoy another 14 day trial, etc. Decided one day to bite, but was charged a full month. Contacted chat support twice.

The first time I let it slide, but the next time I turned on the Xbox and saw the ad I decided to take some photos and contact support again. Unfortunately, I wasn't so patient the second time around, but the gist I got from support is that there's only
one trial per account and the Ad is basically false.

Essentially, I already tried Game Pass once, and there's only ever one trial. Despite the ad telling me to have another trial on the house, the system will still charge full price.

xnox live gold - 30 day trial

Hi free trial is limited to one per account per console. You can also only use your email address once for a free trial.

 

xbox live 1 month free

The ad probably refers to the 1 month month live service that is offered with all new consoles. On a new console you 3 x 1 month free trials. 1 per new account created on the xbox only.

It's not a billing issue, a refund was already issued. I have a problem with the fact that all of the advertising states I am able to try Game Pass again, despite having used a trial earlier this year. Talking to support, the ad is basically false since
apparently there is only one trial per account.

In short:

"Enjoy another 14-day trial" is a lie, and really means pay for another month of Game Pass.
