  1. Only One of Two Xbox Consoles Will Connect

I have two xbox one consoles. One upstairs and one the basement. Xfinity router is on the first floor. 2-3 weeks ago all were connecting over wifi without issue. The one upstairs is still connecting fine. The one in the basement however is not. It seems
to connect to my local wifi. Shows a connection strength of 4/ bars (if thats accurate). When I run a network test it says I am connected to the internet. I will then try to bring up Netflix, or any game that uses live and it hangs until it spits out a connection
error (netflix) or says I'm not connected to live (game).

I've done all of the typical hard resets, unplugged for 10 minutes and so on. Any clue what may be causing this? I did run the multiplayer test, sometimes it says its fine, other times it says there is packet loss. I get that could be the issue, I just don't
know if this is fixable, or why it magically started to happen. Obviously it is something local to this console with the one upstairs connecting ok. Outside of trying to run an ethernet cable through the floor does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

High Pitch noise with Xbox 1 and PS3

Can anybody help? I am getting a high pitch whistling sound when connecting my son's xbox 1 and PS3 to my plasma TV. Originally I thought it was the PS3 fans as it only occurred when the console had been on for sometime. Now my son has connected his Xbox 1 it is on all the time, especially as we have our Humax receiver connected through the Xbox. The sound appears to be coming from the TV itself, but is only there if one of the two consoles are in use. If i change the input/port to play a dvd not connected to the consoles the sound goes away, even though the consoles are still connected and on. Have tried changing all the HDMI leads but to no avail.

Multiple Xboxes, Can't Connect to Xbox Party or Multiplayer

I have forwarded all the correct ports to the IPs of the two different xbox consoles, that didn't help. In doing that, only one xbox will connect at a time now, as opposed to without the port forwarding where both xbox consoles could connect but not party
    or multiplayer.

Arcade game says it's trial when I'm offline

for every game only two licenses exist

one console license which can only exist on one console and all profiles can use it on that console not two consoles

one gamertag license which means that gamertag can use it anywhere however they have to be connected to live at all times to use it
