    Only my Xbox profile doesn't appear


    After I applied for Xbox Ambassadors Program, my Profile Image, Gamertag, Descriptions etc. doesn't show up from the website. I tried to look into my profile from other people's device, but the same happens. It only works when I use app instead of website. At first I taught it was some kind of bug and Microsoft will fix it later, but later I realized that it only happens to me and isn't fixed yet. Is anyone else having this problem when they tries to look into my profile or themselves? - My Xbox Profile

    If it does, then what's the solution? I am not going to leave Ambassador program (I don't even know if there's a way to)

    Edit : It seems like other people are also having this issue, I taught it only happens to me because I never found anyone having this issue. Yes I don't have enough friends, but I do on alt.

    Turn off the option to show your Ambassador badge on your profile. For some reason that causes the issue, but has mever been fixed.
    Excellent advice, thank you. You are quite right...turned off the "shows on Xbox Profile" and suddenly my profile shows up correctly again. How odd!

    You are quite right, your information is not displaying correctly as it is missing the whole first part of your profile...this is what I see (in both Edge and Firefox):

    So, I've just been investigating....I clicked the profiles of all the people on my Friend's List (not an extensive list, only 10 or so) and there are several (3) also that do not have the full profile showing up (and I can't see my own full profile) so it seems it's a bug of some sort, though no clue what's causing it
