ONLY message if you know how to contact the enforcement team

Unfortunately you are unable to contact the Enforcement team through Email or phone number. The only way you can get your case looked at is to submit a case review through the
Enforcement Website to get reviewed.

The only thing that could have happened is this. If it was the same kid that reported you.

This is just an example of how it could have happened and not necessarily what happened with you only an enforcement team member can see what caused your suspension.

1. You send a message to the kid in question that violates the code of conduct

2. Kid reports this message to the enforcement team.

3. You then send a second message to the kid violating the code of conduct.

4. The kid then reports this message to the enforcement team.

These are two different violations and the enforcement team will then put two different suspension on your account.

The enforcement team does not use these forums and the only way to contact them is through their website enforcement.xbox.com and their case review process.

If you feel you should not have been susepended then you would need to go through the case review process.

The only way to contact the enforcement team is by submitting a case review. There is no other way to contact them.

today i just found out that a Notice of enforcement from the enforcement team. dont know why as ive not played a online game or chatted to anyone for the last 2 months the only person been playing online is my wifes brother how was staying for the last 3
months.

yes the xbox support team as completely useless when it comes to this.

Cant contact them untill 24 hours after notice to find out your suspension or ask for a review.

they have no right in doing this but what can you do.

go to enforcement.xbox.com and press check my xbox.

it takes a min and then it goes back to front page and tells you.
