Only in wireless mode the xbox one controller doesn't recognize my aux headset

Yes i used my old Xbox One wireless adapter and now it works. With bluetooth it didn't work. Thanks for the information

We understand that you want to fix your wireless controller for you to enjoy your gaming.

Upon checking, if your wireless Xbox One controller is not appearing on the audio options, you can try the following steps:

1. Click on the Start menu and go to PC Settings or on your keyboard press Windows key + i.
   
2. Search for Troubleshoot and run it.
   
3. Then on PC Settings go to System and look for Sound.
   
4. Check Output and under Choose where to play sound look for Xbox One Controller.
   
   If you’re using Bluetooth to play wireless with the controller then audio won’t come through the 3.5mm headphone jack. To use all the features of the controller while wireless requires the purchase of an Xbox One wireless adaptor for Windows.
   
   If the above steps don’t work, you can try the following:
   
   • Make sure that you have the latest Windows update.
     
   • Ensure that the controller is properly paired with your PC.

Are you connecting your headset through a Chatpad on the Xbox One Wireless Controller? Are you using an adapter or is the headset plugged directly in the 3.5 mm Aux jack? Let us know with a reply to determine how to best assist you.
