    Only half of purchases have been counted towards sale Reward Points


    Using the link from the deals "Black Friday sales" and using the Store on the console, I purchased 3 games to be eligible for the: Spend at least $70.00 on games from that sale & receive 5000 reward points. It only counted $45.00 (instead of the $70) when
    the total came to $80.00 +

    The Reward points have not been added to the account because it's only counting half the purchase.

    Recent previous purchases from the Xbox store using a web browser also haven't seemed to reward any points ( + 20 points for each game purchased as a Game Pass ultimate subscriber)

    Ken, you can only see purchase history for a year back on billing.microsoft.com . That's not important to the rewards however. Go to rewards.xbox.com and you will see the total rewards points earned there and what transactions counted towards the rewards
    program.

    Hi lfomariano. Only purchases made in your Xbox Live Rewards currency counts towards the program. Since your purchases were not made in the same region, they do not count towards offers.

    Pre-orders do not count towards VIP so it would not have counted towards your VIP boost. Pre-orders will only count for credits or anything if they are part of a specific offer on the site at the time. So your Halo Wars 2 purchase would have counted towards
    your Games on Demand Punchcard. Individual purchases are not shown on your Rewards statement. Only offers you have complete.

    Subscriptions, in-game consumables, and pre-orders don't count towards VIP. Anything else is eligible so the bundle and any games that are on sale will count. If you do purchase a game that is eligible for another offer on the site at the time, the purchase
    will count towards that offer instead of your rebate, but will count towards your VIP progress.
    Ok Thankyou :) so if I'm understanding correctly, as long as the bundle doesn't qualify towards another ongoing 'mission' on my rewards, I get the rebate value. I can't get the my mission progress and the rebate at the same time?
