Only got a partial deposit

Only got 6300 reward points converted but not the other 30000 i have which is equal to like £24. I spoke to someone on the live chat and was told that my i should come here to get the rest deposited because i cant request an early deposit because i still
have over 5000 rewards points, If someone could get back to me so i can get the rest deposited.

Our deposits are listed as refunds on your commerce page since that is the only category available for listing adding funds to a Microsoft Account. Therefore, our deposits on your commerce page will be listed as refunds with a negative amount, since the
funds are being added to your account, and not being taken away. We see that your last deposit in December was already spent as partial payment on a purchase of Final Fantasy XV.

You can review all deposits as currency from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account) where they are listed as a refund with a negative amount. You have already spent your deposit as partial payment
for your Resident Evil purchase.

From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

As stated in the FAQ, since all your Vault Credits were placed as pending earlier this month, they will be a part of the end of month deposit.

That's partially correct, but points are not deposited quarterly.

It takes up to 96 hours for points to show as pending in your Rewards account. Once pending, rewards are deposited around the 15th of the following month after you have earned at least 100 points.
