Only 1 year of garantee? Microsoft does not trust its own products

A 1 year warranty is pretty common on electronics like consoles. I don't see how it means Microsoft does not trust their products.

As stated a 1 year warranty is pretty much industry standard when it comes to electronic devices.

Sorry dude but its not Microsoft fault, they only provide 12 months guarantee.

You have owned the Xbox One for roughly 2 years, the guarantee is only for 1 year.

I'll let you do the maths.

I have done both of these and there's no change. The app still does not recognise that I own the product. As for the second solution that's how I discovered that the app does not think that I own the product. I click on the link it opens the app. Its only willing to install it cause I have a current subscription to gamepass. If I do the same thing with another product that is in my library its states that I owe it and will let me do it regardless of gamepass subscription status.
