Online version of MS Solitaire Collection Hangs Indefinitely

I'm sorry to see any issues with ads in the web version of Solitaire! If you're on a Windows 10 PC, have you tried the PC app? There's also apps on both Android and iOS for this game that you can try out. If you can try those out, let me know if you still
see the same issue with the ads. This will help narrow down if it's the ad issue or a website issue. We'll be able to check out our next options after that! I look forward to working with you.

Similar Problem on my Windows 8.1 Machine. For a few days Microsoft Solitaire Collection only stops recording stats for FreeCell and Pyramid on the Xbox Network.

Reinstallation as described in the Microsoft Solitaire Collection FAQ has changed nothing.
