I recently come home to find my son playing on my Xbox one. The next day I noticed I had a communication and Xbox Live ban. I was just wondering if there is any way that I could get This ban lifted as my son didn’t realise what’s he was doing.

The Xbox Live Policy Enforcement Team (XBLPET) do not browse the forums to address user grievances with suspensions/bans, and absolutely nobody here is able to help reverse your suspension.

You can view your suspension details on
enforcement.xbox.com. If eligible, you can submit a case review.

Online Suspension

My account has been suspended from playing and talking online. This ban seems really unfair and the case review questions were very misleading. I was hoping to sort this out and see if i could get this 3 week ban lifted?

I just got off talking to a support worker and they said Xbox enforcement could help.

I appreciate your guys feedback and your recommendations greatly. I guess the era of gaming that I came from and grew up on was not this fragile. Obviously times change and Xbox must be transparent with all of their cases to avoid people becoming upset.
You hear it all the time, but one who plays a Mature online game would expect their peers to be to parr, but obviously not in this scenario. Again I greatly appreciate your guys time, I'm just going to have to suck it up and wait until my suspension is over.

The forums here are just users helping users. The enforcement team doesn't watch or use these forums. You'll need to go to the xbox enforcement site and file a case review. Don't retaliate next time just report and block them.

Xbox Support Team,

I was playing online with Rainbow Six Siege (a rated M 17+ game) where I was being heavily grieved and trolled online. These trolls were ruining my online experience and egging me on so that I would eventually retaliate, and in-turn so that they could report
me and have me banned.

Above all, this whole situation on my end is not very fair and I have never had problems with Xbox Live before.... this is my only free day to play for a while as I have up and coming exams and work all week and I was wondering if there is any kind of override
that can be put into place. I haven't had problems with Xbox Live Code of Conduct and have been a gold member since 2009

Appeals for enforcement issues need to be done at
enforcement.xbox.com. Your best policy if having issues is to ignore, mute, and report someone for their behavior rather than retaliating and breaking the ToS.
