    My Xbox profile has been appearing offline to my friends for quite some time now, even when I’m online. Every so often it will go back online for a minute or so, but usually stays offline for longer periods of time. I am appearing online.

    This problem also occurs on the mobile app where my friend (who plays on switch) can't toggle the online status.
