Online status glitch, stuck on exited game

We may need to perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

“ 1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.
2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.
3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.
4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.”

Been stuck on the same dungeon since release for exiting to retrieve mack (for achievement). This is ridiculous. This isnt even a online/multiplayer game for such a bug to exist. Ive spent hours searching for parts and doing dungeons to restart all over.
Please fix this asap! Unable to complete the game over such an annoying glitch

Regarding glitches, my friend and I ran into a "Quest Screen Glitch" a couple of times now. The glitch causes you to get stuck on the "Quests Screen", and we haven't figured out a way to get out. The music will still play but you won't be able to exit or
move your cursors.

I don't quite understand what you are asking. If you are asking about why your stuff reverts back to default everytime you exit the game, it's because of a glitch. Your saved file is glitched. However, your unlocks, assignments and level promotions aren't
lost when you exit the game. The servers are somewhat laggy to begin with.

they have a reported sound glitch they are trying to fix. exiting the game and "quiting" then relaunching quick fixes it until they can patch it.
