Online services for AC Black Flag

Would it be okay if you try using a different network connection such as a mobile hotspot to test the game? If the same issue occur, you may need to reach out to the game support because I have checked on Xbox's end and there seems to be no issue with the game.

Yes I've done all the basics, plus Uninstalled and reinstalled the game. And yes this is the only game so far that I have issues with. That being said I believe it is a 360 game but it is a digital download! So I don't know!?!

As I have checked, the server is still up and running, David. It can be an intermittent issue only but reaching out with the game support will be the best option.

No I mean that all of that is stuff I've done prior to coming to the forum. Hence my wondering if maybe Ubisoft had shut down the servers for AC Black Flag

If this is the only game that you're having an issue with, it can be an issue with the game itself.

We can perform troubleshooting steps such as extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.
