Discus and support online security configuration in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I'm trying to change the custom setting for the teenager, but I just have to leave and when I go to see it again, it went back to the previous setting....     Actually not working

    Check privacy and security online in the settings, if you have it configured for children it will not allow you to play adult games

    To be honest with you, looks like the system is detecting that you own a child account as you won't be able to see the page if it's considered as child.

    If it's not considered as adult, you really need to add your account to a family account so you can change the settings. Here's how to add your account under a family account.
