Hi, i cant play online although i have an active gold account until feb 2019. It seems my oline privileges have been suspended, what should i do?

It said 7:30pm what time is it in the uk its 20:27 right now, when can I regain my sign in privileges? I waited the two weeks, if it's a longe sentence please change the alert and tell me the correct date I will be unsuspended

Hello, sounds like you may have received a ban. If that is the case, you should receive an email addressed to the email account associated with the gamer tag that received the ban/suspension from Microsoft/Xbox telling you why you were banned. To check
your enforcement history, you can go here: https://enforcement.xbox.com/Enforcement/ShowEnforcements just make sure to sign in with the affected account.

If you receive an error message/code when you try to play online that would also be helpful to know what it says.

How do you check your purchase and download privileges to see if they are suspended or not?

Sounds like you may have a console privilege suspension.

If your main account is suspended then using a secondary account to avoid suspension on your main account is against the code of conduct.

A console privilege suspension is issued to stop you from doing this.

Any account on that console,old or new,will have the same restrictions as the suspended account.
