Online on Xbox only possible after at least one hard-reset

I´ve just done a hard reset, this works fine for me.

To hard reset the xbox one press and hold the turn-off-Button for 10 seconds. The Xbox turns off. Hold the button at least ten seconds!

After restarting the xbox, the problem was fixed.

Thank you for your reply Anthonymrb, I guess there is at least one way to obtain that information, after all, if raptr has it the only possibility is that microsoft is offering that information and raptr is getting it. So there has to be
at least one way, shouldn't be too hard, I mean, why making things hard?

poetker93, xbl rewards isn't available in my country anyway, hopefully it will be fixed and available soon, but most probably not...

So this is a common error have you tried resetting your console?

I can't update my XBOX One. The update does not succeed in step 2. It strives to check the update and after going to 77% it fails. I tried the hard reset and reboot the Xbox, but nothing works. I can't go online because of this problem

There is the possibility that you might have to factory reset you will have to re-download all of your games though

Maybe reset your router, unplug your console after hard reseting that as well, plug your console back in and turn it on, see if it lets you at least log in to your profile offline then try to get back online. If you are able to access your profile, try
logging out of it and logging back in.

I have the same issue. The only button that works is the home button, but I cannot do anything else. I done a hard reset and nothing works

Do not do a hard reset - the problem is not touched. The issue is etheric and the only option now is to totally, methodically divorce as much as is possible, one's console from the Web, Ethernet, Cloud, OneDrive, all these false gods; and after reverting to
pure wireless medievalism, the games allowing offline playability, yet exist...
