online multiplayer account permissions

Hello, I have a problem when I try to start a Minecraft realm. It says that I cannot play online multiplayer because of how my account is set up. Review and change your privacy settings at aka.ms/account settings. When I type that into my browser, after
I sign in it tells me to log in to an adult account. (I don't have a family thing). I tried making a family group and made me an adult -Didn't fix the problem

Your account is a child's account and has restrictions due to this. It is linked to an adult account and only from it can you change your privacy settings.

The Gold pass is for playing online multiplayer. Go back into the permissions and allow online play with her friends.

If you wish to play online multiplayer games you should have a gold membership otherwise "your profile will not have the correct permission to" play online multiplayer games.

When it is saying you do not have permissions to play online this is not an issue whether you have gold or not.

If you do not have gold on your account it will take you to the store to purchase gold.

This is a online safety and security issue where the permissions are not set.

On your console if you go into settings and go to the account tab and go to privacy & online safety then click on xbox live privacy then click on view details and customize then go to communication & multiplayer make sure the choices there are showing for
allow for joining multiplayer games and other choices for chatting with people and stuff like that.
