Online gaming streaming - Amazing download speed, poor upload speed

Hello,

I am attempting to stream my gameplay through my Xbox. I ran a speed diagnostic and my current download speed is 450 mbps and an upload of only 33 mbps (which is my biggest issue). I am hardwired connection. Unfortunately, my modem is far so I am running
it through a 50ft cable. I have adjusted my DNS settings on my xbox to optimize performance, but still no positive changes to upload speed.

To get the best performance on my stream, upload speed is what I need to improve. Any advice is appreciated!

Any ethernet cable that is CAT 5 and above can keep the signal for 100m/300ft. I would suggest trying the steps offered by Xbox Support linked below. If this troubleshooting guide doens't help, you might contact your ISP. Some ISPs are setting restrictions
on their services to handle to increased usage to maintain network stability, depending on your region. They can also offer a more in depth tech support for your ISP service.

Yes, the speed is absolutely hindering the online play. When streaming live to Mixer we are experiencing poor resolution and blackouts due to slow upload speeds on the Xbox.

Microsoft recommends a minimum download speed of 3 megabits per second for online gaming, 1 megabit per second for SD video streaming, and 3.5 megabits per second for HD video streaming. Minimum upload speed for online gaming should be faster than
0.5 megabits per second. Streaming does not utilize upload speeds. The ping should be less than 150 milliseconds for anything done on the Internet. The lower the ping number, the more effective the connection is.

Download Speed: 86,34 Mbps

Upload Speed: 94,03 Mbps

Packetl loss: 0%

MTU: 1480

Latency: 148ms

I live in Amsterdam and location is set to United Kingdom

Now let see what speedtest say:

Upload speed: 94,82 Mbps

Packet loss: 0%

Latency: 4ms

London (by Vodafone UK):

Download speed: 87,10 Mbps

Upload speed: 94,42 Mbps

Packet loss: 0%

Latency: 12ms

Online gaming is no issue, but streaming to Twitch results in a laggy stream...
