Online games turning off my network adapter. Unable to identify problem

Hello, recently I've been having trouble with games. Whenever I boot up a game, every input is extremely laggy with noticable delay for things that previously took no time at all. When I say noticeable, it at minimum takes up to 1-2 minutes for each action. Not only that but it bugs out my network connection. For some context, before I did a factory reset of my pc my network adapter would just shut off every time I tried to connect to the internet while playing a game. Now after doing the factory reset, I'm struggling from the delay issue plus laggy internet connection. However no instead of my network adapater shutting off, my internet just slows down only on this pc. This problem has persisted for a week and I've been trying to trouble shoot. I have checked compatability settings, my graphic card for any conflicts, task manager, checking for new updates, factory resetting, windows memory diagnostic, the built in trouble shooter, internet searches, even asked chatgpt what the problem is. I've never had this issue before, after almost a while of having this pc with no preformance issues. I'm not sure if its a hardware issue or software, but any help is appreciated.

First of all, thank you for your feedback, it seems that you have already taken some actions to try and fix it, which is great to see that you are an educated scholar.

In order to help you better, I'd like to offer you some advice. Can I ask if the computer reset you mentioned refers to a formatting reinstall or a data retention formatting and which online game you mentioned so I can test it for you. In addition, your latency problem is only in online games, so in the local game will have such a problem, you can download some local games to test, and feedback some information here.

When I try to test my PC connection on the xbox, it fails trying to connect to the network. And also when I open the Network and Sharing Center and click "Manage network connections" and I try and diagnose the Network Bridge, the options are "Automatically
get new IP settings for the network adapter 'Network Bridge'", turn off modem and turn it back on, and "Reset the network adapter "Network Bridge". That last one seems like the best option. Should I just try that?

From what you've described, I think it's safe to say that your internal wireless network adapter is malfunctioning.

The diagnostic test reveals that the operating system is unable to detect the internal wireless network adapter, which indicate a genuine hardware error.

What you can try (if you haven't tried it yet) is to unplug the power supply from your console (whilst turned off) and wait 10 minutes before you reconnect everything back again.

Submit an online repair request. That is if you prefer this connection method, and don't have an alternative solution (Ethernet/wired).

Go to the Xbox Online Service Center

my question is how can I get my built in wifi to work? I was online on the home page the system froze. I turned off the console and restarted it and it wouldn't connect online so I go to find a network select wireless and it tells me to plug in an adapter.
It was just working fine 5 minutes ago and now this. How do I fix it?

If you have a wireless adapter try unplugging it from your xbox, then got to network settings, click your network, go to additional settings tab and click restore default settings and turn off your xbox, then turn it back on and configure your adapter and
test your xbox live connection.
