is it digital? if it is try and re download it if not and its a disc try to soak it in warm soapy water then dry it then see if not try buy a new one

Factory Reset your console.

When attempting the factory reset, be sure to select the option "Reset and keep my games & apps" to not have to reinstall any software to your console.
