    I got this error tonight, had tried everything the last hour. Nothing helps. If i look at the status page everything seems fine. online doesnt work :(

    how do I change my date of birth if I go to "my microsoft account" then "your info" and then "edit date of birth" my birthday is just shown as a normal text and not as a field where i can select smth.
