Online doesn't work on Microsoft's games (Forza, Gears 4 etc...) - I play on PC with Windows 10

Thanks for updating us with your reply. If I'm understanding your issue correctly, you're losing connection to Xbox Live during multiplayer gaming sessions for various games. Is this correct?

If so, then are you getting any error messages or codes when this happens? Have you checked your multiplayer settings on your PC to ensure that they are correct as well? Are you connecting to the internet via a hard wired connection or a WiFi connection?

Additionally, I would further recommend trying the solutions available in our support article entitled Xbox Live server

- I don't have any error message or anything like that.

- I use a WiFi connection

If on Xbox :

Try a hard reset:

Hold the power button until the system shuts off.

Then unplug the power cable for 5min and plug it back in.

Restart the system.

Playstation currently doesn't allow cross platform play with Xbox yet.

As for playing against PC players, you will need a game that supports cross platform play.

Examples for such games are:

• Minecraft (the one without the "Xbox One Edition" in the name, and the Windows 10 Minecraft version. Java Minecraft on PC won't work).
• The Forza games on PC like Forza 7, Forza Horizon 3
• Sea of Thieves
• Gears of War 4
• State of Decay 2

Most other games from other publishers (i.e. not Microsoft Game Studios) are probably unable to play cross platform. So you won't be able to play FIFA or Call of Duty with your PC friends.
