    Every time I try and start a chat online or contact anyone via Microsoft I get this error message and cannot do anything.

    There was a problem loading the Virtual Agent. Please try again later. Reference Number: 08NbcZAAAAABEzIXOK81eRpQ8u4iVgvCkTE9OMjFFREdFMTYwNQBjZWY4YmZiMS0zOWMxLTRhYzgtYjJlMS00NjJjMzc2M2Q4NjM=

    This isn't particularly helpful when I need an issue resolving and cannot speak to anyone.

    Hello Freddie! I'm Kris and I'd be happy to help you with your question.

    Sorry to hear you are having issues. I know some online chats don't like Safari as a browser for instance and stops people getting to an agent.

    I have put a few suggestions below of things to try.

    Use InPrivate or Incognito window in your browser and try again.

    Use different browser and InPrivate window.

    Use different internet connection like mobile hotspot.

    You can even try a combination of the above.

    Sorry to hear about the chat issues you're having, to start out, do you have this issue with all players, or is it only some? It's possible some other users are experiencing a NAT error that's preventing you from chatting with them.
