Online Character question!

Yes it can only if you have your xbox account synced with your rockstar social club account. if it is when you get it for the one and you go to the online tab in the menu it should say transfer character when you click that it takes a few minutes to transfer
but not that long

I'm afraid there is no longer a way to transfer characters between platforms. You'll need to start a new character on your Xbox One, thanks for your understanding.

Yes what Mister Maka said. You used to be able to but the creators of the game cut off the time for people to do that a while ago. sorry

I don't think it has anything to do with the disc itself as several people are have the same issue.
