Onikuma Gaming Headset Microphone Not Working With Xbox One Or PC

With the pc, the headset working and the mic doesn't, perhaps try the following:
Right click on speaker on the task bar > Open Sound Settings > Input there's a drop down menu, select your headset.

With the Xbox,
Is there a controller update perhaps, If not, maybe check your settings:
Big Xbox button > Bottom right there's an audio, check to see if the bar is working and mic is on.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

On your Xbox console please try to update your controller to fix the issue and in regards to your PC, you may need to use a splitter to plug it in both on the mic and audio port.

To update it, kindly follow the steps below:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide, select Profile & system > Settings > Devices & streaming > Accessories, and then select the controller you want to update.

2. On the Xbox Wireless Controller screen, select “…” to check the firmware version for your controller.

3. If it says “Update,” select Firmware version, and then follow the steps provided.

Yes it was working fine before. My headset is a gray camo Onikuma gaming headset.
