  1. Ongoing failure to get redeemed items from MyVIP Vault


    I redeemed the World of Tanks Leg-Up Bundle from MyVIP Vault on 02/04/18 and World of Tanks 7 days Premium Time on 07/04/18 and have not recieved the emails with codes. I posted this here previously and you replied "Our win fulfillment team has re-sent
    your vault prizes. Be sure to check your vault registered email address, as well as that email's junk mailfolder
    ". I have checked email and junk folder as suggested but still no email. I get marketing and receipt emails from Xbox no problem. Is it possible
    to send the codes direct to my Xbox via a message instead of email?

    I just realized I read your thread wrong. It's not possible to refund gems. Per the program's terms and conditions:

    All redemptions for items from the MyVIP Vault Catalog are final and the MyVIP Gems will be deducted immediately from your Account.

    No refunds will be provided on any item redeemed in the MyVIP Vault Catalog. If for any reason an item is received damaged, becomes unavailable, or cannot be fulfilled, Microsoft, in its sole discretion, will replace the item with one of equal or greater
    value.
