    OneGuide TV listings missing programme information UK


    A few days ago OneGuide decided to start displaying entries in the listings with things like Channel 4 programming rather than the actual programme information and this is for multiple channels. This makes using OneGuide almost impossible if I can't tell
    what is on. I like to be able to access TV, Sky, Amazon Prime and Netflix all through one device. Can anyone else confirm if they are experiencing the same issue and if anyone at Microsoft can acknowledge the problem and when it's going to be fixed or whether
    it's just the next thing to fall off the cliff.

    Using the Xbox USB TV Tuner.

    I'm having the same issue. Oneguide doesn't display any information for certain channels. Clearing Oneguide and History doesn't have any impact. Also, some channels are missing or in the wrong order.

    Cheers, changed the provider to National Line Up as you suggested and it's working fine now

    I had this same problem. After a little messing, I found that if I change the TV provider to 'Freeview-National Lineup' then it all starts working again. I did try each option under 'Freeview' but would not show anything.
