Discus and support OneGuide TV Listings are always Incorrect in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; This is my fourth post about this unresolved issue.     OneGuide TV Listings are always Incorrect


    This is my fourth post about this unresolved issue. Hopefully someone at Microsoft will respond this time. My OneGuide TV listings are always incorrect even though I have verified that all settings are correct, e.g. ZIP code, Cable Provider, Time Zone etc.
    My cable provider is Cox Communications in 89135. I have owned an XBOX One since launch day last fall and the problem has existed since. I do not understand why this simple problem has not been fixed.

    Those steps are garbage! Simply put Xbox Oneguide does NOT work. I am on CableOne in zipcode 83301 and I've followed all the steps many times and it has never resolved the issue. NEVER.

    Please fix.

    Those steps are garbage! Simply put Xbox Oneguide does NOT work. I am on CableOne in zipcode 83301 and I've followed all the steps many times and it has never resolved the issue. NEVER.
