OneGuide no longer showing profile picture on Console

Just recently I noticed my OneGuide showing a blank picture on the top left corner on the console only.

It works fine on SmartGlass though. I've tried resetting the console and troubleshooting TV/OneGuide, still no luck. Is there any fix for this?[View:https://pbs.twimg.com/media/B1AobXbIYAA59m5.jpg:550:0]

No profile picture showing up?

On your console, try clearing the system cache and restarting it. This may work, but frankly the gamerpics take time to update from her console to the LIVE servers and then back down to you. It isn't a matter of just transmitting data from her console to
yours. Sorry to you and your friend for the hassle!

No profile picture showing up?

Hello everyone,

So my friend just made her gamertag a few days ago and she can't get her avatar picture to show up for anyone but herself. Like it shows up to me as a gray pre-set profile picture like as if they gamertag is brand new and no picture has been set yet. It's
very weird.

So I'm helping her out by making this post. Hopefully you guys have the info we need

Sorry to hear about the OneGuide issue! If you're still experiencing this issue, go ahead and try removing and re-downloading your profile from the Xbox One console, then after that, reset your OneGuide like you did before!

Let us know if that solves the issue so we can help get this sorted!

OP, I have no idea as to how to change the picture via Xb web site, but if you have gamer pictures on your 360 console.

Settings >profile >edit profile >gamer picture >change gamer picture (This is the one which will show up here on the forums.. Takes an hour or more for the changes)

Or >change personal picture. (Which will show on the console itself.)

This is how I change my picture for both the console and my forum picture.

You can DL free gamer pictures etc by going to games via the console. Click search and then enter >free gamer pictures< and/or themes. Hope this helps!

Sometimes it takes a little bit for it to actually change, I changed mine but it didn't actually reflect that for a couple hours.

Forums! We understand you want to change your
gamerpic.
To
change your gamerpic to a custom image try the following:

Press the
Xbox
button on your controller to open the guide.
Select
Sign in, choose your profile, then select
My profile.
Select
Customize profile>Change
gamerpic.
Choose a
gamerpic.

In the future, if you ever want to change the
gamerpic again please avoid:

Images intended to harm or harass another person
Images that depict nudity or are sexual in nature
References to illegal drugs
Depictions of real-life violence or excessive violence/gore
Images containing personal information
References to hate groups, terrorist organizations, or notorious figures
Inflammatory images directed towards specific demographic groups

If you upload an inappropriate custom image it may be removed and replaced with the most recent Microsoft-created
image that you used, and you will be prevented from uploading any additional imagery for a specific period (typically 24 hours). Please try from another device if it still doesn't work.
