    OneGuide "No info available"


    OneGuide has stopped providing channel listing information for my TV provider (currently Dish) and displays "No info available". The channel lineup is still accurate, but no programming data. I've attempted the suggested steps in this support article with no success: https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/oneguide-live-tv/incorrect-show-information
    This started about a week ago and I have reported this multiple time via Xbox Assist (via the Xbox console menu).

    Is Xbox Assist working correctly, or at all? There is very limited feedback after reporting an outage and the Xbox status screen within Xbox Assist states that "TV, Music and Video" are normal.

    I have experienced OneGuide displaying "No channel info" several times in the past, but after reporting it the issue was revolved within 72 hours or so.

    Hey mate. Not sure how you have had guide data until March as most of us have been without it since December. Support appear to be doing nothibg and are not reaponding to any enquiries via Twitter.

    OneGuide shows "No Info Available" for all channels

    My Channel guide and info came back today but my pause and rewind on my Microsoft media remote and also Xbox Elite controller is not working? Even tried my Harmony One remote which I have Xbox programmed in Pause and rewind does not work.
    hopefully ms saw the error of trying to cancel it and will eventually bring back full functionality.
